Delivery Policy

Delivery 

All orders are free standard delivery to UK Mainland. T&C's apply. 

For any orders to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & remote locations there may be a surcharge depending on the item. For more info please contact us by phone, email or live chat.

 

Pre Orders: 

All pre order dates displayed at the time of ordering are based on our suppliers estimations. Where the estimated arrival dates are usually very accurate we can  not guarantee the stock will arrive on the estimated arrival date. 
Unfortunately we can not be held accountable for any delays that are out of our control. So please keep this in mind when placing a pre order. 

We will however always keep you updated with your pre orders and inform you of any changes. 

You are always entitled to a full refund when there are changes to the estimated arrival date. 

 

Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order, we will pre-authorise your card however your card will not be charged. We will then contact our supplier to confirm that the product you have purchased is available for immediate shipment. Once confirmed we will process the payment and your order will be dispatched straight away. If there is any delay such as an item which is on backorder, we will void the pre-authorisation and contact you to let you know.

 

 

Order Delivery:

Once your order has been placed, assuming it is in stock and available for dispatch, we will charge your card and your order will be dispatched within 5 working days. We’ll send you tracking details email within 24 hours of your order being dispatched (if this is supported by the courier being used) . If you have not received tracking details within 6 working days, please reach out to us via email at info@JoshuaInteriors.co.uk so that we can help. Larger Items usually do not have tracking numbers and you will be contacted directly by the delivery company to arrange delivery. 

Once an order has been dispatched you are unable to cancel that order. 

Orders are usually delivered by a single delivery driver and can only deliver to the door, if you require a 2 man delivery service which can deliver into the home please contact us and we will be able to quote you a price for this. ( 2 man delivery can only deliver to ground floor)

After delivery has been arranged with the courier, in the case of your order needing to be cancelled or re-scheduled we must be notified of this change at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date. Failure to comply with this will result in a re-delivery surcharge. 

 

Indian Hub - Please allow 5 - 15 working days for delivery as standard unless contacted by a member of our team. Extra surcharges for certain postcodes in England, Scotland and Wales apply. Those postcodes are as below:-

Scotland - AB, DD, IV 1-28, 30-32, 36, 40-49, 52-56, 63, KW 1-3, 5-14, PA 21-38, PH 1-26, 30-41, 49-50, EH, DG, FK, G, KA 1-26, 29, 30, KY, ML, PA 1-19, TD

Wales - SA, LL, LD, SY16-20, 23-25

England -  TQ, TR, EX

 

Damages:

We ask that you thoroughly inspect all items at the point of delivery. We advise you not to accept delivery of any damaged items. If you discover that an item has been damaged, please send clear photos of the damaged items to info@JoshuaInteriors.co.uk within 24 hours of receiving the item so that we can open an insurance claim on your behalf.

 

 

Cancellations & Refunds:

Any orders cancelled after being approved may be subject to additional fees. If you do want to cancel you need to get in touch with us as soon as possible by email, phone or live chat.If your order has been dispatched, you (the buyer) will be responsible for any costs associated with returning the item. Any refunds can only be issued to the same payment method which was used to place the order.
